Rostislav Kokorev Deputy Director of the Department of Innovations & Corporate Governance Russian Ministry of Economic Development Rostislav is currently the Deputy Director of Innovation Development and Corporate Governance for the Russian Ministry of Economic Development. Main activities: corporate law, legislation on securities markets and collective investment, pension reform, the creation of the Russian Federation in international financial center. Prior to joining the civil service he worked for, Bureau of Economic Analysis' (BEA), the Academy of National Economy (ANE) under the Government of the Russian Federation, the International Confederation of Consumer Societies (KonfOP). Professional interests include: research into the functioning and state regulation of securities and collective investments, corporate law and corporate governance, pension reform, teaching and consulting activities in financial markets. |

Bruno Bastit Regional Head of Russia & CIS - HERMES Bruno Bastit is a political economist who focuses on governance, sustainability and engagement activities for Russia, Latin America, the Middle East and India. Besides corporate engagement activities and public policy work, he is working closely with fund managers to improve the integration of key ESG factors within the investment process. He is also a member of the Global Reporting Initiative working group tasked with developing the content of the new GRI sustainability reporting guidelines. He graduated from the University of Durham in Middle Eastern Studies and has a Masters in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick. Prior to joining Hermes, Bruno worked in ESG research with Innovest Strategic Value Advisors and non-governmental organisations. He is fluent in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese with a working knowledge of Arabic. |

Stefan Georgiev Head of Russia & CIS - ISS Stefan joined ISS in 2007 as an analyst on the team covering the German speaking markets (Germany, Switzerland, Austria). In 2008 he assumed responsibility over all ISS rating products for the German speaking markets, including most recently the ISS GRId product. Since 2010 he has been a member of the ISS EMEA M&A team. In 2011, Stefan became a member of the European Policy Committee. In January, 2012 Stefan became Head of Research for Eastern Europe and Russia. Adam Greaves Partner - McGuire Woods Mr. Greaves has experience dealing with high value shareholders' and trust disputes, warranty claims, professional negligence and property disputes. He also represents many Russian clients in investment disputes in several offshore jurisdictions. The international scope of his practice means that he frequently advises on conflicts of laws and choice of forum. He has 20 years of experience in project management of large multijurisdictional disputes. These frequently involve making or defending worldwide freezing injunctions that are then enforced in other jurisdictions, involving teams of lawyers in many countries around the world. Jurisdictions outside the UK with which he works include the United States, Russia, India, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Lebanon, Brazil, Switzerland, and various offshore tax havens. He has worked with the insurance/reinsurance industry as well as industries including telecoms, aluminium, diamonds, construction, Islamic banking, media, information technology, shipbuilding, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, recruitment, investment, property development and accountancy. |

Alexandre Bykov Account Director, Russia & CIS - Ipreo Alexandre is responsible for supporting Russian and CIS clients with tools to effectively manage their investor relations programs, advising on how to develop their shareholder structure in order to attract investment, and investigating strategic opportunities and partnerships for Ipreo within the region. Alexandre has been with Ipreo since January 2011, having recently served in business development for PR Newswire where he focused on the Russian market. Prior to PR Newswire, Alexandre served as a consultant both in the business and IR/PR consulting sectors for PWC, Bloomberg, and Shandwick. |
